Overview:
Bryant Woods Home Owners Association is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pool Attendants for the upcoming Summer 2024 season. The ideal candidates are energetic, people-persons who are dedicated to ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. 

Position:Pool Attendant (Part-time, Summer/Seasonal)
Location:Lake Oswego, Bryant Woods Pool

The position hours will be as follows, with the possibility of increased hours based on pool activities. 

  • Thursday 2-8

  • Friday 2-8

  • Saturday & Sunday 12-8

Start date is weather permitting, May 18, 2024.

Age Requirements: 16+

Skills and Qualifications:

- Friendly and approachable demeanor

- Comfortable interacting with both children and adults

- Responsible and reliable

- Ability to enforce pool rules with kindness and tact

Responsibilities:

- Arrive punctually and be engaged for scheduled shifts

- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including returning and cleaning furniture

- Clean and sanitize two bathrooms during each shift

- Enforce pool rules courteously, addressing rule violations when necessary

- Alert the Board of any issues or emergencies as they arise
