Pool Rules for 2024

BWHOA neighbors, as we begin the 2024 pool season (Saturday May 11th) we need each household to read & sign the new 2024 pool rules & waiver in order to gain entry once the pool is opened.

1. Download the 2024 BWHOA Pool Rules & Waiver pdf file.

2. Read the rules, fill out and sign the waiver. Instructions for signing a PDF on MacOS, on Windows, or web based.

3. Submit the signed waiver:

   1. If you have a Google account, submit the waiver with this form

   2. If you do not have a Google account, email the waiver to pool@bwhoa.org, including the following information:
      - Full name(s) of adult resident(s)
      - Phone number
      - Street Address
      - Whether you’ll need a new key fob issued.

If you indicate you’ll need a new key fob issued, Matt will contact your phone number to arrange pickup. New key fobs and reactivated key fobs will be periodically uploaded to the lock in batches as availability allows, so please complete the waiver process in advance of your first visit to the pool.
